The MFT Bodyteamwork App uses the balance sensor for motion detection, provides training recommendations based on individual levels, and thus facilitates effective training. The app is available for smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and computers with Apple iOS, MacOS, Android, and Windows, offering coordination tests, test evaluations, training programs, and games. Free online video training, training plans, exercise instructions, and tips are included.
