A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described below, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MFT Bodyteamwork GmbH, Holetschekgasse 60, 1210 Vienna, Austria, Tel.: +43535750246, Email: office(xmsAt)mft-bodyteamwork(xmsDot)com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Instructions

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
